Before You Battle
By accessing or using Food Battle you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.

1. About Food Battle
Food Battle is an online platform where users can upload food photos, vote on culinary creations, participate in head-to-head competitions, and engage with the community. We provide the arena — you bring the dishes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum legal age required in your country) to create an account and use Food Battle. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. User Content & Uploads
You retain ownership of all food photos and descriptions you upload. By posting content, you grant Food Battle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You must not upload content that is obscene, offensive, fraudulent, or that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Fair Play & Voting Integrity
Every chef and voter must act in good faith. Manipulating votes through bots, multiple accounts, coordinated schemes, or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void votes, remove battles, or suspend accounts that undermine the integrity of the competition.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately through our Contact page.
6. Community Conduct
Respect your fellow chefs. Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, and any behavior intended to disrupt the community experience will result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion. Comments are subject to a cooldown period to discourage spam.
7. Termination & Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Food Battle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
