A host is the user who initiates a battle by uploading the first dish. To guarantee competitive integrity and fair play, hosts cannot compete as their own challenger or vote on their own battle.

You can vote on any active battle instantly without signing up! We protect voting integrity by a anti bot check secure voter tokens so every vote represents a real human.

Can I link my anonymous votes after creating an account?

Yes! When you sign up or log in, Food Battle automatically claims your previous anonymous voting history and links it seamlessly to your new profile so your vote trail is preserved.

Why can I only vote once per battle?

Every user and anonymous voter is restricted to exactly one vote per battle to maintain 100% fair play and prevent vote manipulation or artificially inflated scores.

What are the requirements for dish photo uploads?

Dish photos must be genuine, original photos of real food prepared by you or your kitchen. Photos are automatically center-cropped to a crisp 1080x1080 square and converted to WebP for fast rendering.
